This impressive 24-ton overhead crane features a 36-meter span and is engineered to handle metal plates up to 21 meters in length. The complete automation system is seamlessly integrated within the main girder, maximizing space efficiency and enhancing overall functionality.

Equipped with a Siemens S7-1500F safety PLC and Siemens Sinamics G120 PM250 inverters, the crane also features closed-loop control via encoders on all movements—ensuring exceptional precision, even at low speeds.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the crane is ready for tandem operation with a second identical unit.

The system also includes an intuitive HMI interface for full diagnostics, with remote support capabilities provided directly by our expert technical team in Italy.
