Types of data processed

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, the data will be retained for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyze traffic data and serve to keep track of the User’s behavior. For this purpose, Google Analytics services (Google Inc.) are used. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this site, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google. Google may use Personal Data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network.

The user has the possibility to interact with the site by providing their data for different sections:

On the “Contacts” page;
Through these interactions the user will have to provide the following personal data (failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested):

Identification data such as name and surname;
Contact data such as email address;
IT and navigation data such as IP address and cookies;
Any other information that the user voluntarily provides within the messages.
Users are invited not to send sensitive data in their communications such as data revealing racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, data relating to health and sexual life as well as genetic and biometric data as well as third party identification data (in this case it is better to use fictitious names)

All information relating to cookies is available within the [cookie policy]

Purpose of the processing

The processing we intend to carry out, with specific consent where necessary, has the following purposes:

allow navigation and consultation of the website;
respond to requests for information that we receive via e-mail through the “Contacts” page of our Site;
fulfill legal, accounting and tax obligations;
processing of statistics of a non-identifying nature.

Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of the processing

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in the points a) b) e c) is given by the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Regulation) or to satisfy a legitimate interest of the owner to respond to user requests (art. 6 par. 1 letter f of the GDPR). The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is mandatory in order to receive satisfaction of the request sent and any failure to provide it would make it impossible to activate the requested Services.

The purpose of the point d) finds its legal basis in the need to fulfill a legal obligation (art. 6 par. 1 letter c), and finally, the processing of statistics of a non-identifying nature is not subject to privacy legislation as it does not use personal data, but only anonymous ones.

Data retention

Pursuant to art. 5 of EU Regulation 679/2016, “Principles applicable to the processing of personal data”, personal data are stored in a form that allows the identification of interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed.

The personal data of the interested parties may also be stored for longer periods in compliance with the obligations relating to the legal regulations in force (by way of example in matters of accounting) and, in any case, applying any technical-organizational measure aimed at activating mechanisms – where possible – of anonymization of the data.

Transfer of data outside the EU

No data is transferred outside non-EU countries.

Rights of interested parties

The interested party has the right to ask the owner for access to the data, rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of the processing or to oppose the processing of the data, in addition to the right to data portability, under the conditions established by the articles. 15,16,17,18,20,21 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

Furthermore, the interested party has the right to revoke their consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

Finally, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority if he believes that the processing concerning him violates the European Regulation.

Any communication may be sent to the owner at the e-mail address:
